Yes! You can call 1-800-525-9917 and a live representative will assist you with your donation.
Why did I get charged $0.00 for my KALW Membership?
If you set up a monthly donation to KALW and are seeing $0.00, don't be alarmed. Monthly gifts are charged on the 5th, 15th, or 25th of each month. If you started your membership outside of these dates, then you will be charged to the date closest to the 5th, 15th, or 25th. How can I make changes to my membership?
Login to your KALW Givecloud account here. Then navigate to the "My Recurring Plans" and select the plan that you wish to make changes to. You can make changes to your monthly giving or cancel.
